This session is designed for AVID Secondary Site Coordinators to explore the newly updated AVID Secondary Implementation Tool—formerly known as the Certification and Coaching Instrument. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the distinctions between Elective Certification and Schoolwide Recognition tools, and how each supports effective AVID implementation. This training will also provide dedicated time and guidance for coordinators to begin developing or refining their AVID site plans and goals, with a focused look at key indicators within the tool. Leave empowered with the knowledge and resources to drive meaningful progress at your site. *AVID Elective teachers and administrators may also attend this session.
