As a Behavior Specialist with School Services and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I empower school staff by providing support in implementing evidence-based behavior strategies. My background involves designing, implementing, and evaluating behavior change programs for children and young adults across school and home environments. My goal for this training is to equip attendees with greater confidence in effectively managing challenging behaviors in their classrooms.
